Hi all, I have specified user agent accessibility mapping requirements for hgroup in the HTML spec in the section detailing user agent requirements for obsolete features [1] It states: "The hgroup element does not have Strong native semantics or default implicit ARIA semantics. User agents must not implement accessibility layer semantics for the hgroup element that obfuscates or modifies the semantics of its children." relevant commit[3] This clarification has been prompted by discussion on a hgroup related firefox bug [2] please review, after feedback I plan to commit to the HTML5 CR spec.
