Yes, the roll-up proposals on the Wiki from which the latest roll-up proposal was derived by Silvia was all my own work.

That is the rub.  You believe this but what about others?  I am certainly willing to be convinced but where is the evidence?

Without firm evidence to this point, I was hoping the easiest way to do this would be to simply have a FSA to reference.

They can tell you if they had any contributions from outside Apple or Google. If we received this proposal with the same authors and without any mention of the CG, we wouldn't be worrying about it.

Note that agreeing to an FSA is completely optional for everyone in the CG so it will not flush out any secret contributors, if you think there are any.
