This is a reminder that the HTML WG will be holding a F2F meeting in Lyon, France at the TPAC meetings on Thu-Fri Nov 1-2. See http://www.w3.org/2012/10/TPAC/ and previous message below.

Registration for the meeting is open until Oct 16. The daily meeting fee rises substantially after that date.

Please note that NO hotel block booking has been made. It is strongly recommended to make hotel reservations as soon as possible as there will be other meetings at the Lyon conference center.

Please let the Chairs know if you have any questions about the HTML WG F2F meeting.

2) using a payment system:
- If you have a W3C account, please use https://www.w3.org/2012/10/tpac_reg
- If you do not have a W3C account, please use https://www.w3.org/2012/10/tpac_guest_reg

On accommodations: please reserve your room early
------------------------------------------

W3C has not reserved a block of rooms for this meeting, however we have negotiated discount rates. Though there are several hotels convenient to the meeting location, and W3C strongly recommends that you reserve your rooms early (before September) to take advantage of these discounts.

For more information about accommodations, see:
http://www.w3.org/2012/10/TPAC/#Registration
