use of <html lang="en-US-x-Hixie"> in HTML5 spec from Steve Faulkner on 2012-09-09 (public-html@w3.org from September 2012)

as a minor point.

I suggest that since the HTML5 spec is no longer edited by hixie it
probably appropriate to change the lang attribute of the spec to

<html lang="en-US">

or if you like

<html lang="en-US-x-hober-ginger-erika-travis">
