           Summary: Form elements inside a fieldset with a @form should
                    use it
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson)
        AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch
        ReportedBy: mounir.lamouri@gmail.com
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: bzbarsky@mit.edu, mike@w3.org,
                    public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org,
                    public-html@w3.org

In other word, if we have:
<form id='a'></form>

<fieldset form='a'>
  <input>
</fieldset>

The input element should be associated the form 'a'. I'm not sure if we should
ignore <input form='b'> or allow it.
