Hi again chairs, in todays HTML wg minutes [1] I noted this: MS: ISSUE-182: footnote-recommendation, Closed Without Prejudice http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2012Jan/0049.html MS: closed without prejudice means you can reopen it just by submitting a Change Proposal ... any questions? As I have provided a change proposal does this mean the issue will be re-opened?
