Re: reference in HTML5 differences document.

hi Simon, re-opened 14319 (
https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=14319) and provided
suggestions as per below.
if you would rather i open a seperate bug I can do so.


note in the bug I tweaked the text
"HTML the living standard defines the fifth major revision of the core
language of the World Wide Web, HTML"

to

"HTML the living standard defines the core language of the World Wide Web,
HTML"
