Re: Review of ISSUE-164 change proposals - Part 4: Remove hgroup add an outlineMask attribute

Hi Paul ,

I would appreciate it if I could get some extra time for the updating of
the 2 change proposals.

I originally commited to having the proposals (subline and outlinemask)
complete by tomorrow, but while I have made progress with the first
proposal it is still not complete and have yet to work on the second.

I am on vacation this week and family commitments have overtaken my
voluntary HTML WG commitments.

I therefore request that I be given until next thursday to complete the
updates.
