The processing model
(http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/editing.html#proc
essing-model-3) dictates an action to be invoked when the accesskey was
activated. Doesn't it make more sense (in the context of context menus) to
have the command selected (highlighted) to only visualize the result and thus
prompt for hitting return?
