OK, I've now manually applied all the subsequent diffs, except for the ones that were subsequent changes made to the content of the r1.5432/r6783 change. That brings the spec up to the state it was in at the last time Hixie pushed a change to it (r1.5453/r6818): http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/html5/spec/Overview.html#rev1.5453 ... minus of course the r1.5432/r6783 change and the subsequent changes made to the content of that.
