Summary: Allow privacy exemption for caretBlinkRate
Product: HTML WG
Version: unspecified

OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal

The HTML5 specification allows privacy exemptions to reporting navigator
attributes in order to allow UAs to avoid fingerprinting.
As caretBlinkRate could be used for profiling, conformance requirements for
caretBlinkRate should include such an exemption.
