We have had multiple requests to revert this change and they include plausible rationales.  


1) We ask you to revert this change as per the WG's Decision Policy [1].  We request that this revert be completed no later than the end of day on Jun 8.  

2) If this revert is not completed by that time, we will request W3C staff to make this change.
