The Table of Contents doesn't allow authors to easy locate the section about
the data-* attribute. The natural way to find it is to search for the string
'data-'. Therefore, please add that string to the heading.
As well, the heading of section 3.2.3.8 is 'Embedding custom non-visible
data', whereas all other heading under "3.2.3 Global attributes" are
referred to as "The FOO attribute". Therefore, the seciotn abotu data-* should
have a similar title.
Acceptable variants I could think of:
"3.2.3.8 The data-* attribute (for custom non-visible data)
or, at minimum
"3.2.3.8 Embedding custom non-visible data (the data-* attribute)
