hi maciej, thanks for providing the update, we will review and respond accordingly there are 2 parts of the change proposal that are reflected in the alternate spec text that were covered by another proposal ARIA section proposal<http://www.w3.org/html/wg/wiki/ChangeProposals/ariasection>.
