Yes, issue disposition reports for the various publications on which we've formally processed public comments in the past couple years are available from http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/comments/issue_disposition_report. The report for the most recent version of WAI-ARIA specification (probably of greatest interest at this moment) is at http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/comments/issue_disposition_report?document_version_id=6.
