ECMA TC 39 WebIDL meeting open to W3C members

ECMA TC39 planning on dedicating the meeting of November 17 to the topic 
of WebIDL, specifically on topics such as improving the bindings to 
ECMAScript5.  Cameron McCormack will be in attendance.

The meeting will be in the Cupertino, California area, though the venue 
hasn't been nailed down.  As a part of that process, we need an accurate 
count.  If you plan on attending, please notify either John Neumann 
(copied) or myself as soon as possible.  Proposed agenda items are also 
welcome.
