A Note in the spec currently states: "A newline in a pre element separates
paragraphs for the purposes of the Unicode bidirectional algorithm."
1. This should probably be expanded from newlines, presumably the LF character,
to include CR (and its combinations with LF), i.e. s/newline/U+000A LINE FEED
(LF) or U+000D CARRIAGE RETURN (CR) character
2. Would it be possible to add a similar note for the textarea element? Should
I open a separate bug for that?
