http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=11378 Summary: 2.6.1 - typo - "url" should read "fallback base url" Product: HTML WG Version: unspecified Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson) AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch ReportedBy: glenn@skynav.com QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org, public-html@w3.org Under "The document base URL of a Document object is the absolute URL obtained by running these substeps" appears substep 5 which reads: "5. Otherwise, let url be the value of the href attribute of the first such element." I believe this should read "Otherwise, let fallback base url be..." since this is a alternative continuation of step 4 which is setting the fallback base url.
