The DTD leaves RDFa attributes on the following elements non-conforming:

BDO
BASEFONT
FONT
BR
FRAMESET
FRAME (except @src)
IFRAME (except @src)
ISINDEX
BASE (except @href)
STYLE
SCRIPT (except @src)
