http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=11368 Summary: Missing Typographic Convention - Switch Construct Product: HTML WG Version: unspecified Platform: All OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: HTML5 spec (editor: Ian Hickson) AssignedTo: ian@hixie.ch ReportedBy: glenn@skynav.com QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org, public-html@w3.org The "switch" construct first appearing in 2.4 UTF-8 is not previously introduced, e.g., in 1.7.2 Typographic Conventions. For clarity, it should be described before being used, as it is not obvious from a linear reading how to interpret the information in 2.4.
