problem with bugzilla?

Is there a problem with Bugzilla today? I received an email that one of my
bugs was marked resolved, fixed, but with no note and I've not seen any
check in activity reflecting a change. There seems to be some chatter on the
HTML WG IRC that someone is arbitrarily changing bug status. How can we tell
if something has been fixed, or if the script kiddies are playing?
