<tag prefix-foo>  becomes <TAG prefix-foo=""> in the DOM. 

Hence, <tag prefix="foo" > seems like a better proposal, as there then 
would be congruence between syntax and DOM.  

And, "_" instead of "-" seems better since "-" is already in use in 
@data- and in @aria-. A "-" doesn't stand out as an extension as 
strongly as "_" would do. Being an attribute, more rules follows 
"naturally": There should probably only be one value inside each 
attribute, for instance.
