On a small side note:

While we're talking about the tracker issues list and Issue-9, may I
point out that the following bug listed under Issue-9 really has
nothing to do with video accessibility:

bug 5785 : http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=5785

It's not a major issue, and the bug is already closed anyway. But if
this is an authoritative list, maybe it should be fixed.
