HTML-A11Y Task Force Recommendation: ISSUE-74 Canvas-Accessibility

The following consensus recommendation of the HTML A11Y Task Force (without objection) is
hereby referred to the HTML Working Group pursuant to the Task Force
consensus procedures at:
http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/consensus-procedures.html

Recommendation: ISSUE-74 Canvas-Accessibility

RESOLUTION: HTML-a11y taskforce supports the proposal
http://www.w3.org/html/wg/wiki/ChangeProposals/canvasaccessibility as a
resolution for ISSUE-74. Note that we *expect* a counter-proposal (based
on image maps) which we would also support, but believe the wider
working group should choose between them.

Final Vote:

On the WBS Survey:      8 voted "Yes"
			2 voted "Yes with changes."

The proposed changes, editorial in nature, were accepted.

100% of Task Force members voting on this recommendation
via WBS voted to support it.

hereby reaffirmed as a Task Force recommendation.
