Adam, We intended to set a deadline, but since it was not very clear in the message, let's say July 15th. Or if you need more time and have a specific date in mind, please let us know. Note: the details of the URL processing to restore can be by reference to an existing external document, such as Web Addresses <http://www.w3.org/html/wg/href/draft-ietf.html> or a specific previous revision and section of the HTML5 draft. It's also fine to explicitly allow further updates to such text, if that is your intent. Hopefully this will not be a complicated update, we just want to make sure that this Change Proposal contains the level of detail that we generally require.
