It's reasonable to provide about the same level of detail as Steve did in arguing for removal of this text, as long as some positive reasons are given for these requirements to exist and be present in the spec. We intended to set a deadline for this update, but since it was not made very clear before, let's set it at a week from today, July 15th. I will record this on the status page. Regards, Maciej
