Re: Rough draft of Cross-Working Group Review Policy

Hi Maciej,

I think it would be a good idea if the collected comments are posted
to public-html for review before being sent to the other WG. This is
not to try to gain consensus on the comments, but to allow the
individuals to ensure that their intended comments are reflected in
the submission.
