A nice idea, but I do not think it is good enough.

One problem might be that "aside" has a precise meaning in today's 
manuscripts, meaning a whisper or something said only to a small part of 
the group on the stage.

I also believe that HTML5 aside should not be used for information that 
is part of the normal sequence of events and spoken words.
