(But @media all{} as opposed to a default @media authoring{} style 
for authoring devices, would have the issue of reparsing that you 
mentioned. Hence I'm not certain that parsing:strict; should have 
any effect outside an (perhaps built-in) 'authoring agent 
stylesheet'.)
