Recording teleconferences?

I forgot whether this has been discussed before, but would people be opposed to people recording the meeting and making the audio publicly available? As an HTML WG podcast, so to say. The quality of the minutes is not always perfect so this would provide everyone with the "raw" details of the meeting in case they would like to figure out what has been said.

(I would personally favor having this, for when I cannot attend, such as today.)
