Dear WG,

Here is another issue that needs to be introduced here for discussion,
as it will be added to the issue-tracker in time. It has not yet been
introduced to the mail list for discussion until now, but it grew out
of deliberations over a new cascading input device key binding
mechanism[1].

Menu commands in the menu bar providing author access for arranging
ordered menu bar menus (for better web application support).[2]

Take care,
Rob
