John foliot and I have both made a number of proposals [1] that have
been generally ignored by the editor , as far as i can tell. Both of
us could be considered as being in the 'accessibility camp' or to put
it another way, the 'non-whatwg camp'.

I have noted the mention of a proposal by the editor, but have not
been able to find it, a pointer would be useful.
