ol, listing, dt and strike when breaking out of foreign content

Breaking out of foreign content groups HTML vocabulary tokens
inefficiently and unintuitively.

In all other places in the tree builder, ol, ul and dl form a dispatch
group, but the foreign case omits ol.
In all other places in the tree builder, pre and listing form a
dispatch group, but the foreign case omits listing.
In all other places in the tree builder, s and strike form a dispatch
group, but the foreign case omits strike.
In all other places in the tree builder, dt and dd form a dispatch
group, but the foreign case omits dt.

Unless there's a good reason not to, I suggest adding ol, listing,
strike and dt to the list of start tags that break out of foreign
content.
