Hello Everyone,

As Steve Faulkner reported [1] yesterday he, Joshue O Connor, and I
have completed the first draft [2] of action 54 to rewrite major
sections of 3.12.2 "The img element". The document has been peer
reviewed by Gez Lemon and Gregory Rosmaita.

We would love to have your input. Please send your comments to this
thread by May 22. A copy of the draft is also in the Wiki [3].

Your feedback will be instrumental in moving forward on this issue.
