This would be done by right clicking on the image  after the user gives 
it focus. JAWS allows the user to activate the
right click menu from the keyboard with (Shift + F10 or NUM PAD STAR), 
and Window Eyes (\ + *). The presence of the image is announced and the 
user will activate the right click menu and then use the cursor keys to 
navigate to "Save target as" then choose a suitable directory.
