ISSUE-37 seems narrowly focused (perhaps rightly so given that these
two are prominent use-cases) on SVG and MathML but takes a punt on the
larger issue of namespace support in HTML. As Henri has documented
throughout this thread xmlns="" doesn't feel like the right solution.
