Thanks for taking time to add it there and for notifying the list.
I've added a link to the bugzilla issue list on the HTML WG

Fine to just leave the default values for those. Most of the
fields (Hardware, OS, Version, Severity, Target Milestone) in the
right-hand column of the Details sections are things that we
really need change or pay attention to.
