Formal survey: Web Forms Features; respond by July 10

Responses from all member organizations and invited experts in the
HTML Working are requested for the following survey:

The survey is open for responses until July 10 at 23:59 Boston time.

Note that for responses from member organizations, the tallying is
done on a "one response per organization" basis; in the case of
multiple responses from representatives of the same member
organization, the last response clobbers all earlier responses.
