Re: [Reminder]: SMIL Timesheets 1.0 Last Call Transition Announcement

Hi Thierry,

As someone who has dabbled in Video on the Web and SMIL, reading through the
abstract and introduction I found it difficult to position the timesheets.

It would help, those outside the SMIL group, to position the SMIL timesheets if
the abstract and introduction provided an elaboration of what SMIL is/offers.

Perhaps and Audience section would also help.
