I thought about new connection (as other way) during writing previous
letter (exactly in this case, interchange
  <head> <meta name=register content=785> </head>
  <formdata> <prolong doc=785> </formdata>
will necessary). But deal is not in it.
We absolutely don't think about non-programmers, which can't use JS
[this is even not HTML WG, this is JavaScript WG :) ].

So i propose to simplify ideology, and allow to write one element
  <meta name=connection content=prolong>
instead of writing subroutine (or instead of inserting - both are
not available for non-programmers).

I insist on it, as well as on new attribute for
table/diagram (<table>), input field (<select>),
for tree (<ul>)
