Thanks for adding those. I've gone in and done some cleanup on
those. The minutes for November 08 weren't complete (because I
forgot to tell RRSAgent to draft them after the test-case writing
session) but I reconstructed them from a local copy. They are
still pretty raw overall (e.g., lacking in topic divisions in some
places where they should have them).

I'll try to see if I might be able to track those down.
