Yeah that discussion moved pretty fast and I believe you are right
that I captured Dan Connolly's issues incorrectly. I updated ISSUE-16
to reflect the proposed fix and Ian+Anne's work... I'll leave it up to
Dan Connolly though to decide if that issue is resolved to his
satisfaction.
