New HTML WG technical contact

Hi HTML WG,

As you may know, I have been taking the role of *interim* HTML WG  
staff contact until we find a new hiring. There was a job opening on  
this purpose at W3C. I'm happy to announce the new staff contact:

Michael Smith <mike@w3.org>

Most of you already know him, because he joined the mailing list since  
the opening of the HTML WG. He has followed the discussions as well on  
whatwg mailing lists and different foras for a long time. He has an  
excellent knowledge of HTML, the mobile industry. He was previously  
working for Opera. Mike is for me the best person for this group.

So please, join me in welcoming Mike in his new role.
