Raised by: Maciej Stachowiak
On product: HTML 5 spec

This was raised at the W3C HTML WG meeting in Cambridge by Maciej Stachowiak during his "HTML+CSS as Flash Killer" presentation.

Currently there is no way to attach child content to an HTML radio <input> and the <button> element (which does allow child text nodes) does not have a matching type for similar interaction purposes. Because of this Maciej had to implement what seems like a basic toggling functionality in JavaScript.
