Initially I subscribed with one of my main addresses and certainly there are too many messages each day, so I did set up a filter at the server to resend all the messages to a gmail account where I can check them without any problem with my normal account. Then someone asked how to change the email address, so I did follow the advice and changed the account to the gmail so it doesn't put any stress at all on my normal account.
