More Odd Results From List Of Numbers (part of detailed review of common microsyntaxes)

When the only parsed character is a U+002D HYPHEN-MINUS character,  
the result is a list of a single integer: 0.

This occurs on "-" and anything beginning with "-.". Surely both of  
these should return an empty list?
