Additions to HTML/Guide Wiki

I have added three pages to the HTML/Guide wiki to provide some  
starting point, bad or good.

I approach from a simplistic viewpoint, because hopefully (with  
editing) the reader will have clear foundations to work from and  
unambiguities will be minimized. Also, I expect the material to be  
enlarged on (or tossed out).
