   implementation

   ... we have one implementation, working on second
   implementation
   ... alt is an issue
   ... Steve wasn't on call so needs to connect with him
   ... want to run a complete consensus on this front
   ... including on parking Steve's document on alt
   ... so, looking for a single CfC
   ... it's more of a due diligence
   ... will get done in the tf first, then bring it to the wg
