1) Should there be an action item on the resolution of ISSUE 79?

2) Also, it would be cool if we could make progress on 
<http://dev.w3.org/html5/status/issue-status.html#ISSUE-0101>, either by 
asking for counter proposals or calling for consensus (that change 
proposal has been submitted two weeks ago).
