EME timeline status update

>From the EME and MSE timeline [1]:

> Thu Jun 9: Last "substantive change"s [3] to MSE and EME

The EME Editors met F2F on Thu and Fri May 25-26 and discussed all the V1 open issues which are the ones requiring "substantive changes" to the EME specification.  The Editors reviewed each outstanding Pull Request in detail and closed several issues during the meeting.

There are currently only 13 open MSE V1 issues remaining and 5 other issues the Editors are working on:

Mark Watson will be updating all the outstanding Pull Requests and will merge them on Tuesday May 31.  We expect to be under 10 open V1 issues after those merges.  We expect that the Editors will be able to process the remaining V1 issues next week and that we will meet the above Jun 9 deadline.

The EME Editors and Chair invite WG members to review the recent GitHub EME GitHub activity to ensure that you are in agreement with the recent and upcoming changes.
